10. Severability. In the event one or more provisions hereof shall be held by a court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision will be stricken from this Agreement while all other provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11. No Waiver. Neither party shall be deemed to have waived any breach or default hereunder unless such waiver is given by that party in writing as provided for under this Agreement.
12. Notice of Change. Midnite Casino may give notice by means of a general public disclosure on its website.
